NW-GRID Virtual Research Environment
The NW-GRID Sakai VRE is here. To apply for access contact Rob Allan e-mail: robert.allan@stfc.ac.uk .
Sakai is being used for Virtual Research and Virtual Learning in other projects at our partner sites, for instance NCeSS: the National Centre for e-Social Science Sakai VRE here and LUMS: the Lancaster University Management School Sakai VLE here.
Much of the technology we use was developed during a JISC-funded project as part of their VRE-1 Programme, see Web site here and final report here (PDF), there is also a video on the Web site.
Justification for developing a more extensive VRE PDF.
See VRE Flyer PDF.
