11/8/11: several users have noticed a problem with the SGE queues. This is under investigation.
18/3/10: gLite LCAS/ LCMAPS software installed to manage VO pool accounts
18/3/10: megsissh (MEG) installed for regular ssh clients to use port 2223 with MyProxy or STFC SSO credentials
DL1 now undergoing regular NGS software testing (INCA-2)
MPI issues: OpenMPI has been reported to fail on some applications. We've therefore also now installed MPICH-2-1.2.1, do module avail to see what is available. Lancs2

now working again
15/11/2010 - Lancs2 will be unavailable on Sat 27th Nov while the ISS Building housing it undergoes an annual generator test. Please ensure workloads are completed by the previous day, as the outage will result in running jobs being terminated. We hope to restore the service on the Saturday afternoon.
20/10/2010 - Lancs2 is now available again following maintenance
